Stockholm Go club invites everyone to participate in the yearly Jusandan tournament which will be held on January 5-6.
Jusandan is a friendly tournament and it is open to all players.
Visiting teacher: Seong-Jin Kim 8d, one of the strongest players in Europe, will attend Jusandan providing game reviews and comments during the tournament.
The tournament will be a 5 round MacMahon tournament, with Japanese rules. Each player will have 60 minutes main time and 3x30 seconds byoyomi. Komi is set at 6.5.
The tournament will be reported as a EGF A-tournament.
The tournament fee is:
- 300 SEK - normal fee
- 100 SEK - if you are at most 18 years old or if you are ranked lower than 15k
- 0 SEK - If this is your first tournament and you are at most 2 kyu
Prizes are awarded to first, second and third place as well as the kyu player with the most wins.
